The Frontrunner Dunedin.

The Frontrunner Dunedin was opened in 1980 by Brian Watkins. Brian comes from a rugby background as a youngster and started competitive running in his late twenties.

Ian Bartley joined The Frontrunner in 1999 after managing other sports footwear stores. Ian is an experienced runner completing over 30 marathons and 5 ultra marathons.

Jeremy Bryson (new edition to the team in 2006) is heavily involved with touch, football and coaching in both sports. Jeremy is also a qualified personal trainer. Eve Oswald who is the most recent member of the team is a competitive netballer…..

The store also has a long association with sponsoring the Moro Marathon, the Three Peaks race, and the Peninsula Challenge event in February 2010.
