Our free to download training programs for 10km and 21.1km will take you from the couch to the finish line. Developed by leading sport scientist at the University of Canterbury Matt Ingram for the best and most relevant training advise we can provide you.

 

To do a full marathon you should employ a coach, be in touch with us to get a suitable one for your needs, whether it be a podium finish or for the achievement of finishing.
